Chevsky architected and developed the Ask Jeeves natural-language processing engine and the first generation of the Ask.com Web site, obtaining one patent with a second pending.

Most recently Chevsky was vice president of engineering for Norton at Symantec Corporation, where he led global teams responsible for a new generation of Web-based applications and services for Norton consumer products. Chevsky began his career in 1992, while a computer science major at University of California at Berkeley, serving as a software consultant for Desktop Software and Raster Graphics. He subsequently went to work for Informix Software. At Ask Jeeves, Chevsky served as principal software engineer and architect, chief architect and senior director of engineering before being appointed as a vice president.

Chevsky received his early education in the Soviet Union and graduated from high school in San Francisco, before attending Berkeley.

Josh Stevens, Vice President of Business Development, Sales and Customer Support

Josh Stevens is responsible for accelerating demand for YouSendIt's products and services through strategic partnerships and distribution agreements. In addition to business development, Stevens is responsible for YouSendIt's direct sales and customer support teams.

Prior to joining YouSendIt, Stevens served as vice president of corporate development and business affairs at TicketsNow, where he was responsible for increasing consumer and advertiser demand through strategic partnerships with media and content partners in the theater, concert, sports and mobile sectors. During his tenure at TicketsNow, the company doubled its distribution through partnerships including those with The New York Times, the Baltimore Ravens, the USTA, and Yahoo!. TicketsNow was the largest independent ticketing reseller when it was sold to Ticketmaster in 2008.

Previously, Stevens spent 10 years at AOL's online consumer business, where he held a variety of management positions including corporate development, business development, product marketing, and consumer e-commerce. As a product marketer at AOL, Stevens co-invented and launched the first messaging-based e-commerce product, love.com, in 2003, after which he held various product management and general manager roles in the e-commerce division.

Stevens is a graduate of Wesleyan University, in Middletown, Conn. In his free time he has served as a coach for the Special Olympics and as a trustee of Oatlands, in Leesburg, Va., a historic site that is part of the National Trust of Historic Preservation.

Ivan Koon, Chief Executive Officer

Ivan Koon is CEO of YouSendIt, Inc. the trusted global leader in digital content delivery, where he manages the company's core operations, business growth, strategy and key partnerships.

In this role, Koon has transformed the company from an ad-based to a subscription-based model and has played an integral role in solidifying YouSendIt's leadership in digital content delivery.

Koon has a proven track record of more than 20 years of operational and management success. Prior to joining YouSendIt, Koon was senior vice president of the Acrobat Intelligent Document business unit at Adobe, where he more than doubled Acrobat's revenue in less than three years and created an Enterprise Document LifeCycle Server business that grew to over $100 million in revenue.

Before Adobe, Koon was president of the New Technologies Division at BEA Systems, a world leader in enterprise infrastructure software. Under his leadership, his team quickly became the fastest growing business unit in the company. Earlier in his career, Koon also served in a variety of executive management roles at S2 Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of Stratus Computer, including president and COO.

Ranjith Kumaran, Founder and CTO

Ranjith Kumaran is the founder and Chief Technology Officer for YouSendIt, the trusted global leader in digital content delivery. In this role, he manages the Customer Service, IT, and Ops teams to guarantee optimum customer service, and efficiency in the IT and Ops departments.

Prior to YouSendIt, Kumaran held marketing positions at Verisity Design, a key provider of verification process automation (VPA) solutions, where he managed product marketing for the software tools of Access Systems. Previously, he was the director of sales engineering at Celoxica, a leading provider of C-based design and behavioral synthesis tools, where he built the company's sales applications and established its engineering team.

Kumaran also was a software systems engineer at Red Hat, one of the largest and most recognized companies dedicated to open-source software and the largest distributor of the GNU/Linux operating system.

Kumaran received a bachelor of engineering degree in computer engineering from McGill University and is an active member of TiE Silicon Valley.

Judy Shao, Chief Financial Officer

Judy Shao is the Chief Financial Officer for YouSendIt, the trusted global leader in digital content delivery, where she manages the company's financial, human resources, facilities, and administrative functions.

Shao brings more than 20 years of finance experience in software, e-commerce services, high-tech and telecommunications industries in the U.S. and in Asia.

Prior to joining YouSendIt, Shao was the senior director of finance, worldwide products and marketing at Adobe where she led a team of finance controllers that supported Adobe's business growth from $1.1 billion to almost $3 billion in five years. Shao successfully led her team through two major acquisitions and integrations and implemented a profitability process for business units based on market growth and earnings potential.

Previously, Shao worked at Cisco where she was responsible for the financial unit of the customer advocacy division. She also held various financial positions at Compaq, including spending a year in Singapore where she led the implementation of two financial service centers, which centralized the functions of ten countries.

Shao spent 14 years at AT&T/Lucent Technologies where she held progressive positions including the CFO of Pacific States and CFO for the Asia/Pacific business unit in Hong Kong, which represented businesses covering more than fourteen countries.

Shao holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and a masters of business administration from Rutgers University. She also earned executive education certificates from Harvard Business School and the London Business School.

Arun Prakash, Vice President, Marketing & Product Management

Arun Prakash is the Vice President of Marketing & Product Management for YouSendIt, the trusted global leader in digital content delivery. In this role, he is responsible for Marketing, Product Strategy, and leading company's end-to-end Product Management processes from concept to market launch. Additionally, Arun continues to establish YouSendIt as the innovative leader in global digital delivery.

Prior to YouSendIt, Prakash was Senior Director of Product Management at Ketera Technologies where he led solution strategy and product management for the company's on-demand spend management systems. Prakash successfully contributed to Ketera's solution expansion strategy and helped secure Ketera's position as a leading spend management solution platform provider. Previously, he held positions as Director and head of Product Management at i2 Technologies, as well as various management positions at Aspect Development and Ramco Systems. Arun holds a Masters Degree in Computer Applications from Bharathidasan University, India.
