Bennett Barouch - Vice President, Engineering
Thomas Hempel - Vice President, Technology Bennett Barouch

As Vice President of Engineering, Bennett Barouch leads a rapidly growing, global team of Yodlee engineers as well as the quality assurance operations.

Prior to Yodlee, Barouch was VP of Engineering at Palamida, developing software that collects terabytes of unstructured data from the web into a body of organized reference material used to exhaustively search for open source software in use in enterprise customers' code bases, alerting customers to security vulnerabilities and licensing requirements.

Barouch was also VP of Engineering at iPass, leading the technical team producing the world's largest enterprise grade, secure, always-available remote data networking solution. He was previously VP of Engineering at Comergent, providing e-commerce solutions for top consumer brands, and before that at General Magic, providing leading edge, high-availability voice applications that won many awards and became part of the permanent collection of the Smithsonian Institution for Outstanding Achievement in Information Technology.

Barouch also held individual contributor and management positions in other software companies and in computer aided design of advanced electronics for consumer goods, enterprise equipment, and space satellites.

Bennett holds a BA in Psychology from University Buffalo, an MA in Counseling Psychology from the University for Humanistic Studies, and a BS in Computer Science from Coleman College.

Thomas Hempel

As Vice President of Technology, Thomas Hempel's role is to drive the architecture and underlying technology of the Yodlee products.

Thomas is interested in the scalability, quality and productivity of technologies in fast growing distributed organizations. Prior to Yodlee, Thomas was a Senior Engineering Director at NetApp, where he developed a highly successful SaaS self-service support automation application, led the introduction of a new generation of build, test and publishing tools, and oversaw the engineering data centers.

Thomas was also VP of Engineering at Epiphany, architecting and leading the development of the email, telephony, and browser push frameworks for Epiphany's CRM solution, as well as a patented model-based testing framework. He also served as President and Co-Founder of CoreTek and was a Director at Computer Curriculum Corporation (CCC) developing computer-aided instruction systems.

A native of Germany, Thomas speaks three languages and is a Board Member at Art in Action in Menlo Park, CA, for whom he recently designed their new online courseware. Thomas has a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University.

Anil Arora

Anil Arora has been President and CEO of Yodlee since early 2000. Arora has been a pioneer in driving innovative financial products and services utilizing new, disruptive technologies like aggregation. Today, Yodlee products have redefined the way Financial Services companies utilize the Internet for personal financial management, bill presentment and payment and account opening services.

Arora has extensive experience building some of the world's most recognized brands, developing innovative new market strategies, and increasing the lifetime value of a customer for companies in a variety of industries. Through his leadership in Consumer Packaged Goods, Computer, Internet and Financial Services Technology arena, Arora brings a unique insight into how to bridge the brick-and-mortar and online worlds to deliver richer, more personalized products and services to customers. Arora brought to Yodlee a long-standing desire to fulfill a major consumer need: to take the Internet from a website-centric model to a user-centric model in order to make it a more useful, personal, productive part of people's lives. Prior to Yodlee, Arora was senior vice president of Gateway where he led Gateway's Internet initiatives and was Global Chief Marketing officer. He was named Ad Age's Marketer of the Year in 1999 and was selected for Institutional Investor's The Online Finance 40 in 2000, 2001 and 2002. Prior to Gateway, Arora had 15 years' experience in executive marketing positions at Pillsbury and Kraft Foods.

Tamara MacDuff

Tamara MacDuff brings over thirteen years of extensive high technology global financial management and operational experience to her position as Yodlee's Chief Financial Officer, as well as several years of experience in the software as a service industry.

Her most recent position was Chief Financial Officer for Biz360, Inc., a privately held software as a service company delivering market intelligence and real-time analytics on companies, their competitors and issues that impact their business.

Prior to Biz360, Inc., MacDuff was Chief Financial Officer for Brio Software, Inc., a publicly held business intelligence company. During her nine years at Brio, she managed a range of international finance, treasury and corporate finance functions, including investor relations and merger and acquisition activities.

A Certified Public Accountant, MacDuff has a B.S. degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting from San Jose State University.

Joseph Polverari

As Senior Vice President, Strategy and Development, Joe Polverari is responsible for Yodlee's worldwide Marketing, Business and Corporate Development and International organizations. A member of Yodlee's executive management team since 2000, Polverari plays a central role in defining and delivering the company's electronic bill pay, personal financial management and related solutions strategies. Polverari brings with him considerable experience in multinational strategic, transactional and operational initiatives in the financial services and enterprise software and services markets.

Prior to joining Yodlee, Polverari was with Pandesic LLC, an e-commerce platform provider and joint venture between Intel Corporation and SAP AG, where he held several positions, including Chief Operating Officer. Polverari was Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at InsWeb Corporation, an online insurance marketplace, where he had primary responsibility for the company's initial public offering. He also held the position of Director and Senior Business Counsel at Seagate Software, Inc., with worldwide responsibility for technology licensing and international legal and strategic transactional matters.

Polverari is a graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Program, holds a Juris Doctorate and degree in Economics from Santa Clara University and holds a Certificate from the Graduate Institute of International and Comparative Law in Geneva, Switzerland.

Peter Hazlehurst

As Senior Vice President of Product Development, Peter Hazlehurst is responsible for all of Yodlee's product management and engineering activities and quality management initiatives worldwide, including the company's India operations. Hazlehurst is a technology visionary with 13 years' experience as a founder and key decision-maker with several entrepreneurial ventures. Hazlehurst has extensive experience building and leading the infrastructure of successful US-based and offshore software development teams. His thoughts have been published in numerous journals, and he has contributed to two books and written a third on database management systems.

Most recently, Hazlehurst was director of product development at Nokia Enterprise Solutions, where he was responsible for all product engineering, management, and research and development operations for the Nokia Access Mobilizer Unit. Prior, he was Vice President of Engineering at Eizel Technologies where he helped to position the company for a very successful acquisition by Nokia.

Hazlehurst's other entrepreneurial ventures include: Vice President of Research and Emerging Technologies at Phoenix International, where he developed and delivered enterprise software to the retail banking industry for community and regional banks, now deployed in over 200 banks around the world, and localized for multiple regions including Latin America, Asia Pacific and Europe. As the founding Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Baport Technologies, Hazlehurst pioneered the use of XML and SOAP for production transactional systems. And, as CTO of Mercari Technologies in 1999, Hazlehurst helped create a revolutionary solution for optimizing retail shelf space and managing the demand chain for companies like Kmart and Walmart. Hazlehurst has an MBA from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Tim O'Brien

Prior to joining Yodlee, Tim O'Brien was Vice President at VerticalOne responsible for Data Center operations and delivery of aggregation services to clients and end users. Additional responsibilities at VerticalOne included Customer Service and all aspects of security for products and services. O'Brien has extensive experience in Information Technology working in the finance, computer, and telecommunications industries. O'Brien was Director of Technical Support at Equifax. While at Equifax, O'Brien managed the Information Technology infrastructure for financial services operations as well as new client implementations. Prior to Equifax, O'Brien was Director of Network Services for an international telecommunications company where he built Points of Presence in 10 countries and a worldwide network. O'Brien also spent 7 years at Digital Equipment Corporation as an Information Systems Manager and Consultant. O'Brien has a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Stonehill College along with certifications in telecommunication technologies.

Bill Parsons

Bill Parsons is responsible for Yodlee's Field Operations, including Direct Sales, Service Sales, Channel execution, Customer Care, and Account Management. In this capacity he is responsible for achieving Yodlee's revenue and customer adoption objectives across its suite of Online Banking applications.

Prior to joining Yodlee, Parsons worked at Oracle/PeopleSoft for over 9 years in a variety of roles, including; VP West Region CRM Sales, and VP North America, CRM Product Specialist Sales for the Commercial and Public Sector markets. In addition, Parsons also ran PeopleSoft's Global Alliances and Channels operation, and was VP & General Manager for PeopleSoft's Application Hosting business.

Before joining PeopleSoft, Parsons worked at Sun Microsystems in a number of capacities, driving sales and business development for Sun's Java and Solaris technologies. Parsons also spent 15 years at Unisys as a Regional Sales Manager, and Director of Product Management. Parsons holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, Business and Marketing, from San Diego State University.

R Subramaniam (Subbu)

R Subramaniam [Subbu] is responsible for Yodlee's India operations. With over 27 years of experience in IT, Subbu started his career as a trainee programmer and grew to be the head of a 725 member organization.

Most recently, Subbu was Managing Director at FCG Software Services Pvt. Ltd, India. He has over 20 years of managerial experience with responsibility of managing cost centers, strategizing and executing business plans, growing and leading large teams, delivery management, training and quality assurance.

He has held senior positions in organizations like HCL, Polaris, Max India and FCG Software Services. Subbu has a Master's Degree in Operations Research from University of Delhi.

Gary Williams

As Vice President of Payment and Data Operations, Gary Williams' team has built a center of excellence for managing, routing, and expediting millions of payment transactions for Yodlee's rapidly growing bill pay business.

Williams is no stranger to payments, having spearheaded Princeton eCom's payment operations for 4 years, leading to its acquisition by Online Resources Corp. (NASDAQ: ORCC) in 2006. Under his leadership, he helped drive a 700% increase in payment volume growth, a 90% reduction in payments claim rate, and concurrent eRate improvements.

Prior to Princeton eCom, Williams had 25 years' experience in multiple payments roles, including running his own eCommerce payment and remittance consulting business; directing payment services at Intelidata, where he led a company initiative to prototype a universal directory service to provide new capabilities for electronic routing of bill payments; and as a senior vice president running cash management and transaction management operations at First Hawaiian Bank, a subsidiary of the $70B+ BancWest Corporation.

Williams holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems & Industrial Engineering from the University of Arizona as well as graduate studies in Finance, and continuing studies in Accounting and Finance.

Eric Connors

As Vice President of Products, Connors is responsible for building out the Yodlee product strategy across the entire Yodlee MoneyCenter suite, executing on the Yodlee vision and delivering world-class products.

Connors brings 15+ years leadership experience in both product management and product development, including bringing seven break-through software products from conception to market, resulting in use by over 5,000 customers.

Previously, Connors led International Strategy for one of Oracle's application product lines, where his team established the roadmap, investment levels, and priorities necessary to meet the application needs of international customers. This included applications supporting 34 countries in 22 languages.

He also held roles at PeopleSoft and as Product Manager for Campbell Software, a 50-person enterprise software company that was later acquired by SAP. He began his career as a business software consultant in the IT department at Gap, Inc.

Connors has a Bachelor of Science in Management from the Pennsylvania State University, and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School.

Arun Anur

As Vice President, Professional Services, Arun Anur brings 19+ years of industry experience in the consulting/IT industry with proven success in managing, and growing, domestic and international customer relationships.

Prior to Yodlee, Arun spent 12 years at Oracle Corporation, most recently as regional vice president of consulting, managing the Oracle Consulting group for the West Coast (U.S. and Canada) - an annual business of $100M+ P&L with a team of 90 consultants. While at Oracle, Arun was the executive sponsor for sales and delivery of many key, large-scale consulting engagements that resulted in referenceable customers and multiple engagements.

Before Oracle, Arun was a senior program manager at Verifone, Inc, and director of engineering at Allfast Fastening Systems in Southern California.

Arun holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial & Production Engineering from BMSCE, India.
