Sandy Diep is Vice President of Ad Products and Operations for RockYou. She is responsible for driving ad products strategy, sales development, and operations at RockYou. Previously, she served as the Senior Director for Brand Products and grew the brand products & operations team to generate more than $6 million during its first year, with Fortune 1000 clients like Procter & Gamble, Universal Studios, Hewlett-Packard, and Disney. During this time, Sandy oversaw the launch and distribution of RockYou's social video ad products. Prior to joining RockYou, she was responsible for product marketing at Yahoo!, and carried P&L responsibility for Yahoo! HotJobs's $60M product line. Before Yahoo!, Sandy also held senior product management roles at TRUSTe, an online privacy platform, and Open Harbor, an enterprise supply chain start-up. Sandy earned her bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from UC Berkeley.

Randall Lloyd is the Vice President of Ad Network Sales for RockYou overseeing application distribution ad sales, RockYou Offers ad sales, 3rd party ad network sales, and international brand sales. Prior to this role he acted as the Senior Director, International, where he tripled revenues over a four-month period in 2009. Prior to joining RockYou, Lloyd worked for Google, where he spearheaded cross-functional efforts to develop an ongoing YouTube monetization strategy for the automotive industry. From 2005-2007 Lloyd held several positions at eBay including Manager of Strategic Sales for eBay Motors. During this time, he created and executed co-marketing strategies, managed relationships with channelpartners,s and trained and led highly successful direct and channel sales teams. Lloyd holds a Master of Business Administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Utah in Organizational Communication.

Danahy has helped drive the sale of dozens of prime brand campaigns for RockYou on the Facebook platform, including Tide, Nokia, ABC, Bravo and Country Music Television. Prior to joining RockYou, Danahy was Online Advertising Sales Manager for the NYPost.com and PageSix.com, spending 7 years at News Corporation. In this role, he managed all facets of the display and classified digital sales team. He helped grow revenue by 85% by creating customized sales strategies for their accounts, including NBC Universal, E! Network, HBO and Mercedes-Benz Previously, Danahy held management positions with the New Jersey Nets, Chicago The Musical and Feld Entertainment, as well as Interbrand and LeadDog Marketing Group. Danahy graduated from Fordham University with a degree in marketing.

Jia started working on scalable consumer applications at shopping tools internet provider Bluedog, a Stanford-based startup, and was part of the original team at Bell Laboratories which developed the VoiceXML format into the W3C standard. Prior to joining the RockYou executive team, Lisa was the National Sales Manager for eBay Motors, calling on major automotive original equipment manufacturers as well as their franchise dealers. Lisa co-founded Cima Systems, a leading fixed operations customer relationship management provider for auto dealers. She began her career in Silicon Valley as a technology mergers and acquisitions investment banker for Montgomery Securities. Lisa is a thought leader in social media marketing and has spoken at leading conferences and events including, OMMA, iMedia Summit and Digital Hollywood. She holds an Masters in Business Administration from Stanford University's School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Before Yahoo, Steve was the head of corporate development at Bechtel Enterprises Holdings, Inc., the project development and investment subsidiary of the Bechtel Group. While at Bechtel, Steve led several high profile M&A transactions, as well as managed several energy and renewable energy investments. Steve also spent 3 years in Tokyo working for the Sanwa Bank, Ltd. in their project finance group. Steve holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, an MA in International Policy from Stanford University and a BA in History from Dartmouth College.
