Michael Mellinger - Director of Engineering

Michael Mellinger joined Coverago in 2008 as Director of Engineering and is responsible for all software development. Prior to joining Coverago, Mr. Mellinger was a software developer at Moore Capital Management and Eastbridge Capital.

Mr. Mellinger received his BS and MS in Computer Science at The Pennsylvania State University.

Management

John Cooper - Chief Executive Officer

John Cooper is the Chief Executive Officer of Coverago and is responsible for the direction and strategy of the company. Mr. Cooper has over a decade of experience in finance and software and was most recently an Investment Banker with Bear Stearns & Co. in their Technology, Media, and Telecommunications group. Prior to that, Mr. Cooper held engineering and sales management positions with Plumtree Software. Mr. Cooper was with Plumtree from the company’s early stages as a Sequoia-backed start-up through its IPO and subsequent acquisition by BEA Systems. John began his career with Sun Microsystems in their Best-of-the-Best program as a Software Engineer.

Mr. Cooper received his BA in Computer Science from Gettysburg College and MBA from Columbia Business School.

Stefan Lehmann - Director of Information

Stefan Lehmann joined Coverago in 2008 as Director of Information and is responsible for Coverago's global information collection efforts. Most recently, Mr. Lehmann was an Investment Banker with Lehman Brothers in their Debt Capital Markets division and Global Technology Group. Prior to that, he was at Morgan Stanley in their Corporate Finance Execution and Global Capital Markets groups.

Mr. Lehmann received his BA in Government from Cornell University and MBA from Columbia Business School.
