Jeff Feinstein SVP, Field Operations As the Senior Vice President of Field Operations, Jeff Feinstein is responsible for customer-facing functions, including sales, customer support, business development. With more than 20 executive in strategic planning and global field operation, Jeff has a solid track record positioning technology companies for growth geographic expansion. Prior to joining ExtraHop, Jeff was the founder and principal of Catalyst Consulting where he provided investment consulting services to technology startups. As Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Business Development for Vallent Corporation, Jeff drove more than $50 million in incremental revenue and helped to position the company for acquisition to IBM Corporation in 2007. Jeff also has held senior management positions Metapath Software Sequent Computer Systems. Jesse Rothstein | Co-Founder and CEO
Jesse Rothstein is the CEO and co-founder of ExtraHop Networks, where his technical vision and expertise in enterprise networking give ExtraHop a competitive edge in the industry. With a world-class team of engineers under his leadership, Jesse is responsible for the technical architecture of the innovative ExtraHop Application Delivery Assurance platform.
Jesse co-founded ExtraHop after a six-year tenure at F5 Networks where he was a Senior Software Architect and co-inventor of the TMOS platform. Jesse was the architect and project lead for the BIG-IP v9 development effort and the technical lead for frameworks, clustering, and performance. Prior to F5, Jesse worked in product development at Motive Communications and the Trilogy Development Group.
Jesse specializes in designing and implementing high-performance networking products. Jesse graduated from Rice University with bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.
Raja Mukerji | Co-Founder and President
Raja Mukerji is the co-founder of ExtraHop Networks, where he oversees network-protocol development within the ExtraHop Application Delivery Assurance platform. Prior to ExtraHop, Raja worked at F5 Networks as a Senior Software Architect where he was one of the lead developers behind the BIG-IP v9 product and the co-inventor of the TMOS platform. Raja was also the major-accounts liaison for critical issues within Product Development. Prior to F5, Raja worked in the financial-services industry as a Technology Architect at Strong Capital Management.
Raja is a renowned expert in application delivery and network protocols. He was involved in the FreeBSD project and contributed several enhancements to its TCP stack. Raja holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Tom Claeys | VP, Sales
Tom Claeys has more than 20 years of experience in the networking and software industries, spanning sales management, operations, channel management, and strategic partnerships. At ExtraHop, Tom leads the sales and channel teams to accelerate revenue growth and expand market share.
Prior to ExtraHop, Tom led the $35 million SSL Managed Services business unit at Netifice and was responsible for developing, selling, and supporting SSL managed services to leading service providers and enterprises worldwide. This followed a two-year tenure with Aventail Corporation, the leading SSL VPN product company. Under Tom's leadership, Aventail successfully shifted its distribution strategy from retail to wholesale, partnering with global market leaders such as AT&T, Sprint, MCI, and SITA SC. Prior to Aventail, Tom was Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Widevine Technologies, a media security company. Tom also worked at F5 Networks, where he grew channel sales from zero to $70 million in one year. He previously held senior sales roles at Software Spectrum and Micropath.
